So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in Node.js, AWS, and AI-driven development using Claude. You will be responsible for designing scalable backend systems and leading the integration of AI capabilities into core product workflows.

How will you make an impact?

• Architect and build scalable, high-performance backend systems

• Design and implement AI-powered workflows using Claude APIs

• Define prompt strategies, context handling, and response validation mechanisms

• Lead development of microservices and distributed systems

• Drive technical design discussions and engineering decisions

• Ensure high-quality code through reviews and best practices

• Debug complex production issues and optimize system performance

• Mentor team members and guide AI integration best practices

• Improve system observability, reliability, and scalability

Have you got what it takes?
• BS/MS in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.

• 5–9 years of experience in backend development

• Strong expertise in Node.js and distributed system design

• Deep understanding of AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, SQS, SNS, DynamoDB, etc.)

• Experience integrating LLMs like Claude into production systems

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, token usage, and latency considerations

• Experience with microservices and event-driven architecture

• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills

• Familiarity with AI guardrails, response validation, and safe usage patterns

• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps practices, and system design
