Job Description

ITQ is assisting a confidential client to identify multiple Software Developers to join a low turnover, high energy, medium sized company. Work as a key team member on a variety of software development projects, analyze and redesign existing applications, and problem solve directly with clients.

Compensation: Up to USD $99,000.00/Yr.

We are looking for:

• Self-starters who like to work with minimal supervision
• Creative, agile minds and an engaged personality with the ability to learn very quickly  
• Flexibility/interest in working in more than just one technology
• And (of course!) a strong sense of personal responsibility and ethics, and solid oral and written communication skills    

Responsibilities:

• Developing, launching, maintaining, and improving web applications and UI
• Back end coding and contributing to front end development
• Serving as mentor and resource to development team, ensuring project is completed on schedule
• Correcting or improving software engineering practices, as needed
• Some UI design
• Collaborate with team leadership, end users, and various teams to determine appropriate requirements and design
• Ongoing QA testing and support

• Substantial professional web application experience with similar experience in Javascript framework (Java, Spring, Ibatis/Hibernate, Ext JS, JQuery) and firm database programming abilities
• Strong organizational and estimation skills
• Experience and interest in working in a collaborative or communicative environment (internal leadership, external stakeholders, end users)
• Professional Agile/SCRUM and Maven experience preferred
• Experience working on front-end development and with rested web services referred
• M.S. preferred
