Supporting the development and shipping of the Jedox Platform our Tools Team contributes fundamentally to produce core features like license generation and multi-language support. We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer (C# / .NET / PHP) to strengthen the team and bring our core tools to the next level.

Your Responsibilities:
Senior Software Engineers are key contributors to the sustainable technical development of robust Jedox tools and services. They are proactive leaders in all technical aspects, from architecture to design to development, maintenance and integration.

• Independently solve complex problems, manage workload, prioritize tasks, and consistently deliver high-quality results.
• Design, build, and maintain secure, reliable, and scalable solutions, participating in the full software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver solutions that meet the needs, ensuring clear communication and continuous improvement.
• Mentor junior engineers, promote best practices, stay current with technology trends, and foster a culture of learning and innovation.

Your Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in C#/.NET based application development.
• Solid understanding of modern C#.
• Experience with implementing OpenID Connect authentication in ASP.NET Core applications.
• Practical knowledge of Entity Framework Core, including working with MariaDB and PostgreSQL providers.
• Strong PHP skills to maintain and evolve codebases safely and pragmatically.
• Experience with containerized development and deployment, e.g. with Docker.
• Motivation to grow into a technical leadership position.
• Above average communication and collaboration skills.
