About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer based in Greece, with at least 7+ years of professional experience in Python and 7+ years in React. This is not a junior position - the role requires a proven track record of delivering complex systems, where obstacles can only be overcome with hands-on experience, technical judgment, and maturity.

The ideal candidate is a strong software engineer first and foremost, who can comfortably switch between backend and frontend development, but who also brings (or is eager to develop) a cybersecurity mindset. You will help shape the architecture of a next-generation Cyber Threat Intelligence & Detection Engineering platform, with direct impact on national and international cyber defense.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain secure, scalable Python backends (APIs, data pipelines, integrations).
• Develop React/TypeScript frontends for dashboards, CTI visualizations, and analyst workflows.
• Architect and optimize databases (MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL).
• Contribute to data ingestion, parsing, and correlation pipelines.
• Collaborate with cybersecurity analysts and red/blue teams to integrate detection and response logic.
• Ensure coding excellence: clean, testable, efficient, and secure.
• Take ownership of technical design, code reviews, and mentoring of junior engineers.

Cybersecurity (Highly Valued Experience)

• Familiarity with offensive/defensive tools (Metasploit, Cobalt Strike, Nmap, custom exploit frameworks).
• Working with CTI data.
• Understanding of MITRE ATT&CK, threat actor behaviors, and adversary simulation.
