Job Description

Responsibilities :
• Shape the technologies and lead the development of decision-support products
• Engineer innovative, scalable and interoperable solutions to overcome technical challenges posed by fast-moving new technologies and legacy systems
• Collaborate with other software engineers, data and technology specialists in R&D initiatives to grow domain expertise within the community
• Engage users, engineers and UX/UI designers to co-create practical, smart and sustainable products

Requirements (Minimum Qualifications):
• Background in Engineering or Computer Science, with at least 3 years of relevant working experiences
• Familiar with full stack web technologies such as ReactJS, Spring Boot, MongoDB and MinIO.
• Well-versed and proficient in software design and implementation using Java programming language
• Good knowledge of Software Architecture Design patterns
• Experience with build automation tools like Git CI/CD, Maven, Artifactory and Docker
• Good analytical skills in problem-solving and recommend areas of improvement
• A team player that collaborates with other members to achieve product objectives

Nice to haves:
• Experiences in practicing scrum and agile methodologies
• Experiences with Elasticsearch, Neo4J and/or similar search engines and graph databases
• UX/UI design skillsets
• Leadership skills
