As a Senior Software Engineer on the Applications Team, you’ll work with cutting-edge technologies, a rich and massive dataset, and innovative AI-driven solutions. You’ll tackle challenging problems, from building high-performance systems handling thousands of requests per second to optimizing application performance for SEO and user experience. Your work will have a direct impact on our platform and customers at scale.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, plan, and execute the roadmap for your team, introducing creative approaches to improve performance and scalability.

• Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Explore and implement AI-driven enhancements and other advanced technologies to improve user experience and platform capabilities.
Balance perfection and delivery, making pragmatic trade-offs without compromising quality.

• Mentor and inspire teammates, fostering a culture of creativity, experimentation, and continuous learning.

• Encourage creativity and risk-taking.

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of industry experience with strong Fullstack expertise.

• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Node.js and Angular 2+ (or modern front-end frameworks).

• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably GCP, including deployment and scaling of applications.

• Strong understanding of unit testing (Jest, Jasmine, etc.) and UI testing (Cypress, Playwright, etc.).

• Experience with system architecture, high-level design, and technical documentation.

• Hands-on experience with AI tools, machine learning frameworks, and applying these emerging technologies to solve complex problems.

• Proven experience building AI Agents, Multi-Collaborating Processors (MCPs), or similar intelligent automation systems.

• A self-motivated learner with a creative approach to solving complex technical challenges.
