Senior Software Development Lead

Primary Skills:
• NodeJS, React JS, Solution/Technical Architecture

Job requirements:
• Senior Technical Lead – Full Stack & Agentic AI Lead architecture, design, and hands‑on development of full‑stack solutions using React, Node.js (Express), and Python. Design and build agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, and OpenAI, ensuring production‑grade quality. Own microservices and event‑driven architectures, driving scalability, performance, and fault tolerance. Apply strong design patterns, system design, and code quality standards through reviews and mentoring. Lead data design and integration using SQL, PostgreSQL, and Cosmos DB. Guide teams in Agile execution, technical estimation, backlog refinement, and sprint delivery. Drive DevOps best practices including CI/CD, environment management, observability, and release readiness. Act as the primary technical decision‑maker, resolving complex engineering challenges and trade‑offs. Desired: Experience with enterprise or ERP applications and large‑scale system integrations. Mentor engineers and foster a culture of engineering excellence and continuous improvement.
