As an SDE 3, you will take ownership of complex engineering initiatives—from translating ambiguous business problems into clear technical solutions to delivering reliable, scalable systems in production. You will work closely with Product, Design, and Data teams to ship iterative improvements, measure real-world impact, and continuously refine solutions. Beyond delivery, this role expects strong technical leadership, architectural influence, and mentorship, helping raise the engineering bar across teams.

You’ll operate across frontend and backend systems, set standards for reliability and performance, and actively contribute to long-term platform and roadmap decisions.

Requirements:
Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex features and platforms across the full stack, from technical design to production deployment
• Design scalable and reliable backend systems, including APIs, workflows, asynchronous processing, data models, and integrations
• Build performant, accessible, and user-focused frontend experiences using modern frameworks such as TypeScript and React/Next.js
• Lead engineering best practices through design documentation, code reviews, testing strategies, observability, and safe rollouts
• Diagnose and resolve production issues, participate in on-call rotations, and proactively reduce operational overhead
• Establish and evolve engineering standards across CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, logging, metrics, and reliability processes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define clean interfaces, simplify integrations, and create reusable services and components
• Mentor engineers, provide technical guidance, and influence architectural and roadmap decisions through strong technical leadership

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 7+ years of professional software development experience with ownership of production-grade systems
• Strong backend programming expertise in Node.js or Python, with solid computer science fundamentals
• Proven full-stack experience with modern frontend technologies such as TypeScript, React, and Next.js
• Demonstrated ability to design, build, and operate scalable systems, including APIs, databases, caching layers, queues, and failure handling
• High engineering rigor with a focus on testing, performance optimization, security, and operational readiness
• Experience working effectively with cross-functional stakeholders and delivering in iterative, milestone-driven environments

Nice to Have:

• Hands-on experience with distributed systems, event-driven architectures, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience building internal platforms or frameworks that improve developer productivity
• Exposure to experimentation, analytics, and product impact measurement
• Experience integrating AI/ML or LLM-powered features, including GenAI workflows, RAG patterns, observability, and responsible AI practices
