About the role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Development Engineer to lead the end to end integration and development of applications on our platform. This role is ideal for engineers who love solving real customer problems, working on DevOps and across the stack, and delivering high-impact solutions that showcase what’s possible on Shakudo.

What You’ll Do
Platform Integration: Integrate open-source and proprietary components seamlessly with the Shakudo platform
Full-Stack Development: Design and develop the integrated components to work harmoniously across the platform ecosystem to solve complex customer challenges
Production Solutions: Build elegant, production-ready solutions for real-world data and AI challenges
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Product and Customer Engineering teams to translate business requirements into scalable, robust systems
Technical Leadership: Contribute to architectural decisions and establish design patterns for platform development with high autonomy
Excellence Standards: Set benchmarks for building efficient, reusable, and high-impact solutions

What You Bring
4-8 years of experience in DevOps and building production systems across the stack
Strong Kubernetes and Helm Chart development and deployment experience
Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure as code
Backend and frontend experience (e.g. Python, React, TypeScript)
A hands-on, solutions-first mindset and a passion for fast, high-quality delivery

Office
This is a work from office role based out of Bangalore (HSR Layout).
Shakudo has offices in Toronto, San Francisco and Bangalore. This would mean connecting and working with the global teams in the evenings.
