We're looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join our growing team!

*Note: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for an initial screening call after applying, with technical and HR interviews conducted on-site during our job fair, February 23–27.

Overview:
The ideal candidate possesses expert knowledge in backend development, writing reusable, testable, and efficient code for an on-premises product. You will be part of a core team building new dynamic features for the Network Observability product suite.

You will work as part of a small, highly focused engineering team, follow an Agile software development process, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help drive the technical strategies for our products.

Responsibilities:
• Understand and/or create architecture and design diagrams
• Leverage open source technologies and open standards to deliver new services with minimal custom code
• Design and build new dynamic services for the Network Observability platform
• Implement effective security protocols and data protection measures
• Develop automated testing frameworks to fully exercise new services
• Coordinate with internal teams to train, enable, and support new technical solutions
• Provide technical leadership and mentor other engineers

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Strong backend development experience with a focus on high-quality, maintainable code
• Proven experience leveraging open source and open technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Golang development experience
• Experience building and integrating REST APIs using any framework

Nice to Have:
• OpenTelemetry and gRPC
• Database architecture and data modeling experience
• Network technologies such as SNMP, NetFlow, and APIs
• Linux systems experience
• Cloud and container platforms (Kubernetes, AWS)
• Experience with Java and/or Python
