• Lead software development projects and provide technical guidance to the team.
• Design, develop, test, and document new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
• Apply software engineering principles to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
• Integrate software components into complete, functional systems.
• Conduct quality assurance through verification plans, testing, and debugging.
• Provide post‑implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements.
• Maintain and update technical specifications, documentation, and system functionality.
• Ensure compliance with project plans, internal standards, and industry best practices.
• Mentor and train team members or end‑users when required.
7+ years of experience in software development, including experience in senior or technical leadership functions.
• Deep expertise in C#, ASP.NET, WebAPI, and relational data models.
• Strong command of JavaScript and frontend frameworks.
• Advanced experience with SQL Server, performance optimization, and database design.
• Experience defining and integrating technical solutions end-to-end.
• Familiarity with Azure and CI/CD workflows in Azure DevOps.
• Ability to mentor developers, lead discussions, and drive technical decisions.
• Lead and manage software development projects, including coordination of technical teams.Design, develop, test, and document new applications and enhancements to existing systems.
