What you’ll do
• Analyze the best implementation strategy on social channels
• Analyze campaigns and translate anecdotal or qualitative data into recommendations and plans for campaign optimisation or future campaigns
• Collaborate with creative, content specialist, and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
• Understand how social media platform works and how to optimize a campaign by utilizing the features
• Measure and report activity and brand presence with the rest of the team
• Propose topics, themes, formats and content that will engage audiences on social media and generate leads/ engagement
• Implement best practices for social listening, uploading, tagging, reporting, and optimization of channels
Who you are
• Bachelor degree with 1-3 year experience , preferred in Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, Literature, Journalism, or related field.
• With professional experience of social media marketing; understand social media operation mechanism, user behavior and social media marketing skills.
• Local Indonesian with good Bahasa Indonesia, fluent in English;
• Detail-oriented, open-minded, flexible, creative and sensitive to local marketing.
• Excellent team work, and networking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Effective time and project management skills, with ability to organize and prioritize efficiently
