Senior Social Media Executive

Chain Reaction is looking for a Senior Social Media Executive to support in the execution of social media strategies by managing content schedules, optimizing content, and ensuring consistency across all platforms. Provide guidance to junior team members and support the creation of engaging and strategic social media content.

Requirements:
• Lead content ideation and development of content plans, collaborating with the Social Media Manager.

• Oversee the creation and finalization of monthly editorial calendars, ensuring strategic alignment and visual accuracy.

• Develop and manage content lineups, detailing titles, formats, captions, and publication dates.

• Plan, schedule, and post content across social media platforms, ensuring timely and consistent delivery.

• Manage community interactions, addressing engagements, and ensuring a positive online presence.

• Create and analyze monthly social media performance reports, providing insights and recommendations.

• Maintain trackers for monthly deliverables and manage day-to-day tasks to support the social media team.

• Stay updated with social media trends, especially on emerging platforms like TikTok, and incorporate them into content strategies.

• Assist the video production team with shoot setups, styling, and props, ensuring alignment with social media strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, E-Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.

• 3-5 years of agency experience in social media management, with a focus on content creation and strategy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and French.

• Previous exposure to the Moroccan market is considered an advantage.

• Advanced proficiency with social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram, Facebook)

• Experience with social media management and scheduling tools

• Strong ability to create, schedule, and optimize content

• Experience in performance reporting, data extraction, and analysis

• Familiarity with basic video production and editing
