Your role at Hostinger

Senior Social Media Ads Manager in the PPC team. As part of Hostinger's marketing team, you'll be responsible for Meta ad campaigns from strategy to execution, managing and scaling large budgets, and continuously testing new creatives for optimal performance. You’ll collaborate with creatives and PPC teams, explore new growth opportunities across Meta and other Social Media channels, and conduct deep market research to inform strategy.

Your day-to-day:
• Be the main driver of our Meta ads campaigns — from strategy to execution
• Manage, test, and scale large performance marketing budgets effectively
• Constantly test new creatives to drive engagement and improve performance
• Collaborate closely with our creatives and PPC teams to align messaging and performance
• Proactively seek new opportunities and testing angles across Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Conduct thorough market, customer, and competitor research to inform targeting and creative strategies

Your skills and experience:
• 3+ years of hands-on PPC experience with a proven track record of results
• Skilled in using third-party analytics and attribution tools
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding time management
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple campaigns
• Enthusiastic about paid social and committed to continuous growth and learning
• Comfortable with testing, iterating, and scaling what works

Compensation:
• Gross salary from 4200 EUR/month. Salary is offered based on work experience, competence, and compliance with other job requirements.
