Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and customize SharePoint solutions, workflows, and applications.
• Maintain, support, and enhance existing SharePoint applications and portals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
• Develop SharePoint web parts, apps, site templates, and branding.
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools (Teams, Power Platform, OneDrive).
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize SharePoint applications for performance.
• Implement security, permissions, and compliance policies.
• Stay updated with the latest SharePoint and Microsoft technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Strong knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2016/2019, and Office 365.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, ASP.NET, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3.
• Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx), PowerShell scripting, and REST APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI integration.
• Understanding of SharePoint security, governance, and best practices.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Good to Have

• Microsoft SharePoint/Office 365 certifications.
• Experience with Azure services and cloud migration to SharePoint Online.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
