Lead the team to ensure operational excellence, SLA adherence, and process improvements while focusing less on BAU tasks.

Your EDGE Assignment/You Will

• Act as the primary escalation point for complex or high-priority issues.

• Monitor individual and team SLA performance and quality standards.

• Manage workload distribution, shift schedules, and team capacity. Developing staff members competencies to required level.

• Report key operational metrics and performance to management.

• Drive new initiatives and projects to enhance processes and efficiency.

• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., Customer Support, Sales) to resolve issues and streamline workflows.

• Create cross-departmental workflows to improve operations.

• Engage in developing and driving the team’s core capabilities as outlined in the departmental plan.

Are you the one?

• Minimum 5 years of experience in payments, preferably in forex or fintech industry.

• 1–2 years of supervisory or team lead experience.

• Strong understanding of payment systems and cross-border transactions.

• Must be willing to work night shifts as part of the role (11:00 PM – 8:00 AM).

• Strong team leadership and people management skills.
