So, what’s the role all about?
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Services Program Manager to support our global Professional Services organization at NICE Actimize. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, program governance, and reporting through strong expertise in project management systems such as ChangePoint PSA and advanced Excel capabilities.
You will play a critical role in supporting business operations, providing insights through data, and enabling leadership with accurate reporting and analysis. The ideal candidate will bring a strong blend of PMO operations, financial reporting, and process optimization expertise, combined with a forward-looking AI mindset.
How will you make an impact?
• Deliver high-quality monthly KPI reports including project P&L, utilization, billable vs non-billable metrics
• Act as administrator for ChangePoint PSA ensuring data integrity and system governance
• Provide ad-hoc reporting and insights to senior stakeholders including Finance and PS leadership
• Perform pipeline forecasting and analysis for Professional Services business
• Identify and improve operational processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Conduct onboarding and training for new users on ChangePoint PSA
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using advanced Excel
• Support SoW drafting, updates, and vendor management interactions
• Collaborate with PMs and Resource Managers on finance and PMO processes
• Drive AI adoption in operational processes and repetitive workflows
Key Responsibilities
• Own reporting, analytics, and dashboards for Professional Services
• Ensure data accuracy and governance across systems
• Support financial tracking and operational reporting
• Manage SoW lifecycle and vendor coordination
• Perform data consolidation from multiple systems
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives
Required Skills & Experience
• Strong expertise in ChangePoint PSA
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience in PMO, operations, or program management roles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Experience working in global, matrix organizations
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Understanding of financial metrics such as P&L and utilization
