JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Engineer with hands-on implementation experience across core ServiceNow modules and tools including ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, CSDM, and HR Service Delivery. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and supporting ServiceNow solutions to meet business needs, ensuring system performance, stability, and scalability.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of ServiceNow core modules (ITSM, Custom Apps, UI)
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
Customize ServiceNow applications using workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and ACLs.
Ensure CMDB integrity and alignment with CSDM standards.
Develop integrations with third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers or admins.
Document technical designs, procedures, and processes.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
6–8 years of experience working on ServiceNow platform implementations.
Strong hands-on experience in ITSM, Custom Apps and UI
Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
Solid understanding of service delivery processes and ITIL framework.
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA); additional certifications (e.g., CIS-ITSM, CIS-ITOM, CIS-HRSD) are a plus
