Job Summary

We are looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to lead and execute strategies that increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. In this role, you will manage technical SEO, keyword research, content optimisation, and performance tracking to drive measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (technical, on-page, and off-page)

• Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitor analysis
• Lead technical SEO audits and implement improvements (site speed, crawlability, indexing, structured data)
• Optimise website architecture and internal linking strategies
• Collaborate with content and marketing teams to improve search visibility
• Manage backlink strategy and authority-building campaigns
• Monitor performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar
• Track, analyse, and report on KPIs including traffic growth, rankings, and conversions
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates and emerging SEO trends
• Provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders and leadership

Requirements:
• 4-5+ years of proven experience in SEO with demonstrated ranking success

• Strong expertise in technical SEO and site audits
• Advanced knowledge of SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
• Experience with CMS platforms such as WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, or custom-built systems
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript (SEO application level)
• Experience working with international (UK/US) markets preferred
• Analytical mindset with strong reporting and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, or digital agencies is a strong advantage
