Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior SEO Specialist with 4+ years of experience to lead and execute advanced search engine optimization strategies.

In this role, you will be responsible for improving organic rankings, driving qualified traffic, and optimizing website performance across search engines. You will collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement technical SEO improvements, content optimization strategies, and scalable growth initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone who combines analytical thinking, technical SEO knowledge, and content strategy expertise to drive measurable organic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and search visibility
• Conduct in-depth keyword research, competitor analysis, and opportunity discovery
• Optimize on-page SEO elements including metadata, internal linking, site structure, and content optimization
• Perform technical SEO audits and collaborate with developers to resolve site performance issues
• Monitor and improve website indexing, crawlability, and site health
• Lead content optimization initiatives to improve rankings and search performance
• Track SEO performance using analytics tools and generate data-driven reports and insights
• Identify opportunities for link-building and authority growth
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices
• Collaborate with marketing teams to support organic lead generation and growth campaigns

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or high-growth online businesses
• Proven experience improving organic traffic, rankings, and search visibility
• Strong knowledge of technical SEO, on-page optimization, and content strategy
• Experience with SEO tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO performance tracking
• Experience conducting technical SEO audits and implementing recommendations
• Solid understanding of site architecture, indexing, and crawl optimization
• Experience working with content teams to optimize SEO-driven content
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate SEO data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote work environment
