Senior SEO & AI Content Specialist

Superside is looking for a Senior SEO & AI Content Specialist to help our Search & AI Visibility team increase how Superside is surfaced, understood, and ranked across both traditional search engines and emerging AI platforms. You’ll shape how our content is structured, optimized, and surfaced across the evolving search and LLM landscape.

You’ll work closely with our SEO content team to enhance existing content, build AI-assisted workflows, and create systems that improve visibility, efficiency, and long-term scalability. This role is ideal for someone who loves content and SEO craft, but also understands how AI, LLMs, and automation are rewriting the rules of discoverability.

What you'll do:
• Enhance and optimize content across the blog and website for both search engines and AI platforms, working closely with the SEO content team.
• Build and maintain AI-assisted workflows and automations that improve content operations, structure, and visibility.
• Monitor and analyze Superside’s presence across LLMs, turning insights into clear recommendations and optimization actions.
• Integrate AEO, GEO, and AI search principles into briefs, outlines, and content updates with content, design, and SEO specialists.
• Improve on-page structure and technical signals including metadata, schema, and internal linking frameworks.
• Run experiments on emerging AI search trends and contribute insights that shape Superside’s broader search and content strategy.

What you'll need to succeed:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in SEO content creation, optimization, or content operations, ideally within B2B SaaS or design-led companies.
• Strong systems mindset, able to design scalable workflows that improve research, optimization, and AI-assisted processes.
• Strong understanding of SEO fundamentals, including keyword research, on-page optimization, internal linking, and structured data.
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools and workflows, plus an understanding of how LLMs interpret and surface content.
• Analytical and growth-oriented approach, using data to experiment, measure impact, and iterate quickly.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication skills, able to translate insights into actionable recommendations.
