• Provide expertise in development and filing of financial SEC disclosures.
• Liaise with the Legal, Management and independent auditors in determining appropriate disclosures.
• Research and interpret accounting and financial disclosure regulations to determine appropriate financial disclosure to ensure SEC compliance.
• Prepare and review financial statements, notes to financials and management’s discussion and analysis.
• Review other company documents, presentations and external communications to maintain consistency with SEC filings.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance
• 8 years related technical accounting experience.
• Working knowledge of GAAP and SEC regulations.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
• CPA highly preferred
• Preferably “Big 4” accounting experience.
• SAP experience FI and Controlling (CO) modules.
up to $100K plus bonus
