Senior Scrum Master (m/f/d)

Your team:
To strengthen our team in the Digital Engineering division, we are looking for Scrum Masters (m/f/d) who are passionate about and skilled at bringing agile methods and ways of working to our development teams.

Our goal is to offer complex B2B solutions with a focus on testing, verification, and validation of embedded software and to integrate them into modern, customer-specific, digitized processes. To achieve this, we rely on agile, self-managing teams that develop customer-centric solutions in iterative program increments within various project flows, thereby generating continuous added value for our customers.

Your mission:
• You promote and implement agile principles and practices according to SAFe and Scrum in our project flows
• You support agile teams in their development through facilitation and targeted mentoring
• You facilitate Scrum events such as daily stand-ups and sprint planning, and support teams in continuous improvement and removing obstacles
• In doing so, you work closely with developers, product owners, other Scrum Masters, and stakeholders in the agile environment

Your profile:
• You have a completed technical degree, e.g., in (Business) Informatics or a comparable qualification
• You have relevant professional experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach in an IT environment
• You are characterized by a passion for agility, coaching, and collaboration with diverse individuals
• You are self-confident and enjoy contributing creative ideas; you thrive in a team environment, and open communication is second nature to you
• Your excellent German and English skills complete your profile
