Senior/Scrum Master - Data & Analytics Sector

• Enables cross-functional teams to develop medium-to-complex business / customer/ employee solutions using the Agile way of working that integrates the business and technical needs
• Servant leader ensuring that the team is high performing and facilitates agile ceremonies and removal of impediments
• Supports the team and the Product Owner and helps them to communicate, solve problems and deliver a great product
• Scrum Masters are personal coaches for team members and innovators who constantly seek ways to develop herself/himself and the team

Responsibilities:

• This role will be responsible for facilitating an end-to-end agile culture within the delivery in DF.
• You will lead, execute agile process & take full accountability for bringing agility to your team delivery.
• You will work very closely with Release manager, product owners, architects, DevOps engineers, software developers & Quality Engineers and ensure the deliveries happen in time, with good quality & effectively follows the agile best practices & principles.
• Your objective is to ensure that the squad you’re handling, delivers effectively in a user centric approach and as promised to our customers.

Requirements:
• Minimum two years of experience as Scrum master with total 5 years of experience
• Good communication, organization, and team building skills; articulate and able to steer a meeting with presence.
• Strong team player with an ability to identify and remove impediments or conflicts that interfere with the ability of the team to deliver the sprint & project goals.
• Self-starter & self-motivated with a drive to identify opportunities for improvement across the agile delivery processes.
• Preferred Sectors: IT – Data – SME – Corporate – Retail – Operation
