Job Description

Leading and facilitating the application of Agile/Scrum methodologies within work teams, and ensuring efficient and high-quality delivery of products in large and complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and facilitate all Scrum activities (Sprint Planning, Daily, Review, Retrospective).

• Remove obstacles facing the team and ensure work continuity.

• Support teams in implementing Agile best practices.

• Coordinate with Product Owners and stakeholders.

• Monitor work progress and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Improve team performance and increase adherence to the methodology.

Design and implement system and application integration solutions.

• Develop and manage integration interfaces using APIs and the Apigee platform.

• Integrate enterprise and complex systems.

• Analyze and transform integration requirements.

Essential Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.

• Proven experience managing Agile teams on large and complex projects.

• Deep understanding of Scrum and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent facilitation and communication skills.

• Experience working with multidisciplinary technical teams.

• Agile/Scrum certifications are an asset.
