<key activities / role and responsibilities>

Lead operational designs in accordance with the overall satellite system development plan (schedule, system, and products).

Prepare an operational planning document based on the mission conceptual design documents.

Propose requirements for satellite and ground system from an operational perspective.

Promote the preparation of documents necessary for operation (operation plan, operation procedures, and operation rules)

Conduct technical coordination with satellite system engineers, ground system engineers, customers, and other relevant parties to gather information necessary for operations and reflect it in the operational design.

Develop the necessary tools for operational design. 

Develop a plan for validation of operational procedures.

Prepare for external and internal operational review meetings on the operation.

Plan, prepare and execute training and rehearsals for operational personnel/

Lead the execution of post-launch satellite operations and coordinate with relevant parties.

Participate as a member of a shift team of satellite operations after the satellite launch.

Review contracts with outside suppliers and contractors.

Form and lead a team to conduct the above activities. 

<Mandatory> 

More than 5 years of practical experience in satellite or spacecraft operations or development.

Practical experience in satellite operation design and planning.

Experience in creating operational documents (such as operation handbooks, plans, and procedures).

Practical knowledge of ground systems for satellite operations.

Experience in leading a team of several members or more.

Comfortable using English.

Native-level Japanese proficiency or equivalent to JLPT N1.

Ability to identify problems, analyze causes, and implement solutions.

Strong communication skills suitable for teamwork.

<Desirable>  

Experience in operations of rendezvous and docking missions  

Experience in developing operational simulators 

Knowledge of orbital mechanics 

First-class Technical Radio Operator for On-The-Ground Services

Work experience in a cross-cultural environment 

＜職務内容/役割・責任＞

衛星システム全体の開発計画（日程、システム、プロダクト）に沿って運用設計を主導する。 

ミッション概念設計文書を基に運用計画文書を作成する。 

運用の観点から、衛星システム及び地上システムへの要求事項を提案する。 

運用に必要な文書の準備を推進する。（運用計画、運用手順、運用ルール） 

衛星システム技術者、地上システム技術者、顧客等の関係者と技術調整を実施し、運用に必要な情報を集めて運用設計に反映する。 

運用設計に必要なツールを開発する。 

運用手順の検証計画を立案する。 

運用に関する外部と内部の審査会の準備をする。 

実運用要員の訓練とリハーサルを計画、準備し、実行する。 

衛星打上げ後の衛星運用の実行を主導し、関係者との調整を行う。 

衛星打上げ後の実運用計画立案(パスアサイン、各パスの運用内容設定)を行う。 

衛星打上げ後、衛星の実運用シフトメンバーとして参加する。 

外部サプライヤーおよび外部委託先との契約内容の検討を行う。 

これらの活動を行うチームを組成し、リードする。 

 
<必須条件>  

衛星・宇宙機の運用または開発における5年以上の実務経験   

衛星運用設計・計画の実務経験   

運用ドキュメント（運用ハンドブック、計画書、手順書等）の作成経験   

衛星運用のための地上システムに関する実務知識   

数名程度以上のチームをリードした経験  

英語に抵抗感がないこと  

日本語ネイティブレベルまたは日本語能力試験N1程度   

問題の特定、原因分析、解決策の実行ができる方   

チームプレーに適したコミュニケーション能力

ランデブー・ドッキングミッションの運用経験  

運用シミュレータの開発経験  

軌道力学の知識  

一級陸上無線技士

異文化環境での業務経験
