In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior SAP Plant Maintenance Consultant to join our SAP team.    

• Partner with clients to analyze business processes and define requirements 

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP PM implementations, from planning to post–go‑live support  

• Conduct client training, knowledge transfers, and solution walk-throughs  

• Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP PM design, implementation, and optimization  

• Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery  

• Manage risks, escalations, and adherence to SLAs  

• Mentor junior team members, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement  

• Perform defect analysis, issue resolution, incident/change/problem management  

• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance  

• Demonstrate critical thinking and structure when communicating with stakeholders  

• Stay updated on SAP PM features, releases, product enhancements and new technologies 

What you bring matters  

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related technical fields. 

• 5-10 years of experience including full-cycle implementations, configuration, and deep knowledge of SAP PM functional areas 

• Strong expertise in SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance, EAM (Enterprise Asset Management), and integration with other modules like MM (Materials Management) or PP (Production Planning) 

• Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek
