Senior SAP (O2C) Process Consultant, Location - Hyderabad/Bangalore/Pune

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SAP Order to Cash (O2C) Process Consultant to join our SAP IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the planning, scoping, design, testing, implementation, rollout and support of SAP Order to Cash processes across the Mobility Aftermarket business division. You will collaborate with stakeholders to improve and optimize business processes and ensure the successful delivery of SAP projects and enhancements (R/3 as well as S/4).

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP Order to Cash (SD module and related components) solutions.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP functional specifications.
• Design scalable solutions to address the global O2C business requirements.
• Integrate with other SAP modules like MM, FI, and WM, and external systems (e.g., CRM, e-commerce platforms).
• Lead workshops and gather requirements from business users and process owners.
• Create functional specifications for custom developments (RICEFW objects).
• Perform unit, integration and user acceptance testing
• Stay current on SAP best practices and new technologies (e.g. S/4HANA, BTP, Cloud, etc).

 

Hard Skills & Professional Experience

• 10+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant, with strong focus on S/4HANA
• Proven expertise in Order-to-Cash processes, with emphasis on:• Fiori applications & GUI based online reports
• Workflow processes & detective controls
• Cross-SD functions: text & partner determination, copying control, incompleteness check in SD documents
• Integration and data processing between SAP S/4 HANA and non-SAP products, e.g. Kinaxis
• Integration of AI capabilities into O2C IT solutions 

• Willingness to take over tasks / responsibility in further areas / processes within O2C
• Experience with SAP SD integration into upstream and downstream systems
• Strong understanding for business processes, not only from the SAP perspective
• Successfully completed at least 3 full SAP project lifecycles (from design to go-live and hyper care)
• Practical experience supporting or developing S/4HANA global templates
• Familiarity with Atlassian tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) is a big advantage
