About your manager

Roman Šťáhlavský leads our Technology Consulting team for the SAP area. He has been working in consulting since 1997 and has worked on many projects for both Czech and international clients. When he is not working, he is probably playing as a bass guitarist with his band.

Due to growing demand for our services in the field of SAP Implementation and Consulting we are seeking experienced SAP professionals across all functional areas - finance, logistics, supply chain, production etc. Are you looking for an opportunity to take your career and expertise even higher? • Working throughout all stages of the project life cycle including: Designing, implementing and maintaining SAP applications

• Leading Fit-To-Standard workshops

• Acting as a mediator between the business representatives and developers through translating business requirements into technical requirements

• Quality assurance of development in client's SAP environment 

• Actively communicate and cooperate with customers

• Coordinating the assigned project teams and providing mentoring to our junior colleagues within your area of expertise

• Pro-active and savvy participation in new business development (up-selling on current projects, pre-sale and offer creation for new business opportunities)

Requirements of the role

• 2+ years of experience within a multinational or local Technology firm (Consultancy background preferred)

• Experience with the SAP technologies and proven track record in SAP implementation projects

• Flexibility, responsibility, conscientiousness, reliability, self-reliance

• The ability to work as an independent member of our team with excellent organizational skills and the capability to address multiple goals at one given time

• Advanced user of MS Office package (Excel, PPT, Word)

• Excellent analytical thinking and communication skills

• Proficiency in Czech and English (speaking and writing), other languages (i.e. German) to candidate’s advantage
