In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Senior SAP Concur Functional Consultant to join our SAP team.     

• Partner with clients to analyze business processes and define requirements for expense and request for travel. 

• Lead and participate in end-to-end SAP Concur implementations, from planning to post–go‑live support 

• Run workshops, interviews, and detailed requirements sessions using Concur Workbooks 

• Design and configure SAP Concur solutions (workflows, policies, forms, audit rules, tax configurations, travel allowance) 

• Conduct client training, knowledge transfers, and solution walk-throughs 

• Ensure adherence to best practices in SAP Concur design, implementation, and optimization 

• Work closely with project managers, functional consultants, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery 

• Oversee ticket quality, deliverables review, and reporting 

• Manage risks, escalations, and adherence to SLAs 

• Mentor junior team members, lead knowledge-sharing sessions, and contribute to continuous improvement 

• Perform defect analysis, issue resolution, incident/change/problem management 

• Ensure high-quality support services in both implementation and managed services contexts 

• Review work for quality, accuracy, and relevance 

• Demonstrate critical thinking and structure when communicating with stakeholders 

• Stay updated on SAP Concur features, releases, and product enhancements 

• Embrace opportunities to work across different environments, industries, and solution areas 

• Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct 

What you bring matters  

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or other relevant fields 

• 4+ years of experience in SAP Concur (Expense, Request) 

• Minimum 3 full end‑to‑end SAP Concur implementations 

• Hands‑on experience in both support and implementation projects 

• Proven experience with multinational clients, including defining and implementing a global template 

• Strong configuration experience in: ​Workflows, Expense/Request modules, Forms, Audit & business rules, Tax settings, Travel Allowance

• Knowledge of SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, FI is a plus 

• Strong ticket management, SLA adherence, and incident/change/problem management capabilities 

• Ability to manage deliverables, report status, and ensure quality reviews 

• Excellent communication and presentation skills 

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset 

• Ability to independently lead workstreams and mentor junior consultants 

• Flexibility to work across diverse client environments 

• Ability to build trust, adapt behavior, and form strong client relationships 

• Demonstrated leadership with direct client interaction 

• SAP Concur’s certification “SAP Certified Implementation Partner Associate - Concur Professional Expense” is considered a must-have
