Senior SAP CO Consultant - Discrete Manufacturing (m/f/d)

• Support the Lead Consulting in the area of SAP Finance incl. Controlling with focus on Manufacturing
• Support proposal preparation
• Active contact person in pre-studies
• Team Lead Finance/Controlling in S/4 Hana implementations in Green Field and migration projects.
• Responsible for esponsible for business process analysis, fit/gap analysis, process design, training, test support, roll-out and go-live support
• Conduct Fit-Gap analysis workshops with the client
• Analyze SAP business best practices and make suggestions for improvements or new potential
• Elaborate innovative potentials of the new S/4HANA solution, staying relevant and in sync with market changes and innovations
• Research key business issues to identify improvements across the value chain and support implementation of technology solutions for clients around SAP solutions
• Contribute to the Nagarro practice growth through innovative spirit
• Functional advisory and support of team members 

• Integrated module and process understanding in the Discrete Manufacturing
• Several years of practical experience, preferably in the area of manufacturing
• In-depth Knowledge of SAP Controlling, incl. PS and strong Knowledge of SAP Finance incl. integration to the other modules
• Experience with some project methodologies (Agile, Hybrid-agile or Waterfall); experience in full life cycle implementation of SAP projects
• Ideally already have experience in S/4HANA projects
• Be self-motivated in learning new concepts and willing to share knowledge & skills with other team members
• Ability to work in global environment, co-ordinate with virtual teams
• Intercultural understanding
• Ability and willingness to travel, depending on the project requirements
• Solid written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in German
