Senior SAP Application Expert – FICO, Treasury and Cash Management

As an SAP Application Expert, you will be part of a collaborative team responsible for the end-to-end maintenance and development of our SAP solutions. Your responsibilities will include initiating improvements, designing solutions, creating functional requirements, performing testing, and configuring the system to meet business needs. 

You will work with a team of highly skilled professionals on H&M Group’s advanced SAP platform, which supports operations worldwide. The role offers the opportunity to contribute to both global rollouts of our template solution and long-term strategic maintenance, with plenty of room for learning, development, and participation in various initiatives.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Improve, support, maintain and configure solutions within the Treasury- and Cash Management domain. This includes SAP TRM, Vendor Payments (including Bank Communication Management - BCM), FICA Customer Outgoing Payments, Electronic Bank Statement setup and mapping, and Treasury and Risk Management. 
• Working with bank integrations, cash pooling, and intercompany netting.  
• Enable business development by leveraging your system and business expertise to propose and design high-level improvements for future solutions.  
• Participate in and provide guidance on rollout and project design to ensure alignment with the global template.  
• Analyzing business requirements and identifying effective solutions  
• Configuring the system and/or writing technical specifications for new functionality  
• Testing, supporting, and maintaining the Record to Report solution  
• Mentoring Team Members, coordinating with cross functional and technical teams

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH

The Product Team is a cross-functional team working with highly skilled professionals within Record to Report (R2R) product in Finance area. The R2R team consists of over 15 members, including Application Experts, Business Experts, and Developers.  The Record to Report product encompasses the following teams: Treasury and Cash Management, Financial Accounting and Reporting, and Finance Automation. Our focus is to deliver solutions that drive compliance, quality, and efficiency across all financial, accounting, and controlling processes. Together, we strive for world-class financial solutions that support global compliance and meet the evolving needs of our stakeholders and customers.  

WHO YOU ARE

We are looking for people with…

• 7+ years of experience in SAP Finance, with strong expertise in design, concepts, principles, and configuration - specifically within Payments, Banking, BCM & Electronic Bank Statements in SAP ECC.  
• Participation in 2+ implementation projects. 
• Solid experience in the SAP Finance and Controlling area, with strong knowledge of system design, concepts, principles, and configuration in large organizations, having long-term solutions and optimization of SAP Finance in mind 
• Confident in working independently as well as collaboratively. 
• Self-driven, clear in your communication and value knowledge sharing.  
• Skilled at analyzing complex information and Confident in explaining complex finance, accounting, and SAP-related topics to both team members and stakeholders across the H&M Group.  
• Strategic and analytical mindset with strong execution capabilities  
• Proactive and accountable, with a continuous improvement mindset in fast-paced, evolving environments  
• Experience with SAP transport and change management tools, such as STMS, Solution Manager, and ActiveControl. 
• Experience in developing WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms) from a functional point of view.

Preferred / Optional:

• Experience in SAP Treasury solution which includes MM, FX, Yield Curves, Cash Pool & Sweeps & Cash Management. 
• Knowledge of S4Hana. 
• Experience or hands-on knowledge in FICA-Payments is good to have. 
• Experience from Retail industry – especially SAP FI-CA.  
• Experience from Swift integrations.  
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe or similar frameworks)
