What we are searching for
Are you passionate about the full CRM implementation lifecycle? From understanding the business needs to delivering and deploying? Do you want to lead our largest and strategic opportunities? If so, then this opportunity is perfect for you! As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of successfully solutioning the enterprise application end-to-end, designing and building the solution, implementing integrated processes, serving as a technical expert. And you will work closely with our sales team to ensure customer success.
Ideally, you have strong experience, enjoy designing transformation solutions, have hands-on experience with Salesforce (or similar platforms like MS Dynamics, SAP C4C, etc.), and edge technologies while working closely with our customers. If you are motivated and want to grow into such a role or have experience in a similar domain or technology, we encourage you to apply.
In this dynamic role, you'll be responsible leading functional and technical workshops, demonstrating leadership skills in designing, delivering, testing and deploying. And serving as a trusted advisor to our customers and partners, managing customer expectations, negotiating solutions to complex problems whilst guiding our customers, partners and our implementation teams on how to best execute digital transformations involving the Salesforce platform. Your job will be challenging; CRM is an ever evolving and very innovative concept. The big CRM platforms like Salesforce innovate at a high pace, which requires all of our people to stay on top of the latest trends and evolutions (Agentforce for example).
