Requirements:
Role: Senior Salesforce Technical Architect Communication Cloud (TACC)

A Salesforce Technical Architect – Communication Cloud is a senior technical leader responsible for defining and governing the end‑to‑end architecture of Salesforce solutions, ensuring they are scalable, performant, secure, and aligned to enterprise and industry best practices. The role focuses on Salesforce Industries Communication Cloud, with deep involvement in Sales, Service, CPQ, and OmniStudio capabilities.

Experience & Skills Requirements

• 15+ years of overall IT experience, including 10+ years in the Salesforce ecosystem.
• 3+ years hands‑on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud, including CPQ and OmniStudio.
• 5+ years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with strong understanding of BSS/OSS domains.
• Expertise across Salesforce Core, Industries/Communication Cloud, Industries CPQ, OmniStudio, integration patterns, and security architecture.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business and technical language for diverse audiences.

• Required Certifications: Salesforce Communication Cloud Accredited Professional, Salesforce Application Architect Or System Architect
• Preferred Certifications: OmniStudio Consultant; Industries CPQ certifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and architecture workshops to capture requirements and define solution constraints.
• Define end‑to‑end technical architectures for complex multi‑cloud Salesforce programs.
• Design scalable and secure integration architectures between Salesforce and enterprise platforms (BSS/OSS, ERP, identity, middleware).
• Provide technical leadership, design governance, and oversight to development teams.
• Conduct assessments of existing Salesforce orgs to identify performance, security, and scalability gaps and recommend remediation strategies.
