We are expanding our footprint across North America and look forward to starting many new projects in the next few months. We’re looking for a talented and driven Senior Salesforce Solution Architect to own the design, integrity and strength of the Salesforce platform based on clients’ business needs. You will use your deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and products along with your first-rate people skills to map business requirement to system/technical requirements, write design and technical specifications, communicate your solution vision to stakeholders and delegate work to business analysts, consultants, and developers. You will also provide mentorship and thought leadership to the other Salesforce professionals working alongside you.

Responsibilities include:
Conduct research into clients’ use of Salesforce, producing a report of findings with recommended steps and a roadmap for Salesforce solutions
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
Review solutions and recommend improvements
Groom and refine the Salesforce product backlog, in liaison with stakeholders on the project
Own the design of Salesforce and (optionally) other affiliated solutions for Sales, Service, and platform solutions
Act as a release manager, approving configuration and coded items to be deployed between environments. Where appropriate, this could include deploying changes,
Provide guidance on user story writing style
Ensure success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications
Ensure documentation of the steps for testing
Supervise the configuration, quality assurance, testing, and deployment of Salesforce
Collaborative project and workstream planning
Experienced in driving conversations at all levels of the client from project team to C-suite
Occasional travel to client sites (typically quarterly or less) for requirements workshops, stakeholder meetings, or training sessions.
What you’ll need to be successful:
7+ years’ experience leading Salesforce implementation projects
3+ years experience working for a consulting company
3+ Salesforce certifications (Admin, Advanced Admin and Service Cloud at minimum)
Excellent communication skills – written, verbal and interactive during in-person and virtual meetings; and the ability to tailor communications to multiple audiences at all levels
A pro-active, entrepreneurial attitude
Strong analytical skills with the ability to observe trends and actively make suggestions based on results
Available and responsive to questions, clarifications, and instructions, ability to demonstrate concepts visually and in writing in a way that enables stakeholders to decide with confidence
A strategic approach to solution design, with proven ability to develop and execute tactical plans to support the strategy
Excellent ability to coach, motivate and direct work tasks to a multi-disciplinary team of Salesforce professionals
Technical Architect certification a plus
Public sector experience a plus

Salary range of $140,000 to $170,000 a year*
