About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with strong solution architecture capabilities and consulting experience. This role is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who combines deep development expertise with architectural thinking and strong business acumen.
This is not a purely execution-focused development role. The emphasis is on designing scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions, leading technical decisions across multiple concurrent projects, and engaging directly with stakeholders in English. The ideal candidate thrives in multi-client environments and balances technical excellence with strategic foresight.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
• Design and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with enterprise best practices and long-term platform governance.
• Lead architecture decisions across multiple client engagements, ensuring performance, security, and maintainability.
• Translate complex business requirements into sustainable, well-structured technical designs.
• Build robust and scalable Salesforce data models.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and solution design artifacts.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to mid-level and junior developers.
Development & Platform Expertise
• Develop and optimize implementations in Sales Cloud and Salesforce CPQ.
• Build custom solutions using Apex (advanced patterns and best practices) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Design and implement advanced Flows and declarative automation.
• Ensure performance optimization and compliance with Salesforce governor limits.
• Implement secure, scalable integration architectures using REST and SOAP APIs.
Consulting & Stakeholder Engagement
• Participate in technical discovery sessions and client workshops.
• Lead client-facing technical conversations in English (B2–C1 level required).
• Engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align architecture decisions with business objectives.
• Manage multiple parallel implementations while maintaining delivery quality and timelines.
• Operate effectively in consulting, agency, or multi-client environments.
Required Qualifications
• 7+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Advanced knowledge of:
• Apex (advanced design patterns and optimization strategies)
• Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Integration architecture
• Advanced Flows
• Data modeling
• Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization
• Proven experience working with:
• Sales Cloud
• Salesforce CPQ
• Demonstrated experience in solution architecture (beyond pure development).
• Mandatory certifications:
• Salesforce Platform Developer I
• Salesforce Platform Developer II
• Advanced English proficiency (B2–C1), with the ability to lead client-facing discussions.
• Previous experience in consulting firms, agencies, or multi-client environments.
• Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
Nice to Have
• Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce.
• Experience acting as Technical Lead or leading development teams.
• Active Salesforce Certified CPQ Administrator certification.
