About the Role:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Training Manager to lead and elevate AROA’s sales training programs. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable training initiatives that empower our field teams to effectively communicate the clinical and economic value of our regenerative technologies.
Working closely with Sales Leadership, Marketing, and Medical Affairs, you’ll play a key role in strengthening the capability of our commercial organisation supporting product launches, reinforcing value messaging, and driving sales effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training programs for onboarding, product education, and ongoing development
Build learning pathways to strengthen clinical knowledge, product positioning, and sales capability
Partner with sales leaders to identify gaps and deliver targeted training solutions
Lead onboarding and support continuous development of the sales team
Create engaging training materials and translate complex clinical content into practical learning
Deliver training across workshops, national meetings, and virtual sessions
Collaborate with subject matter experts to enhance learning impact
Manage and optimise the LMS, tracking engagement and outcomes
Partner cross-functionally to align training with commercial strategy and support product launches
About You
You have 5+ years’ experience in sales training, commercial enablement, or similar roles within the medical device, biotech, or healthcare sectors, along with proven experience designing and delivering training programs in complex clinical environments. You also have the following -
Ability to translate technical or clinical information into clear, engaging learning
Experience with learning technologies and LMS platforms
Strategic mindset with strong instructional design capability
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills
Advanced qualification (MBA, MSc or similar) preferred
Willingness to travel domestically as needed
