The Senior Sales Representative – Auto Loans is responsible for generating auto loan sales within an assigned region through strong partnerships with car dealerships and direct customer acquisition.
The role focuses on promoting Klivvr’s auto financing solutions, onboarding customers, and ensuring smooth processing of loan applications. The Senior Sales Representative will work closely with the Team Leader to achieve monthly sales targets while maintaining excellent relationships with dealership partners.
What you'll do::
• Achieve individual monthly auto loan sales targets assigned by the Team Leader.
• Promote Klivvr’s auto loan products to customers through dealership partnerships and direct client acquisition.
• Identify new sales opportunities and generate leads through dealership networks and referrals.
• Support customers throughout the auto loan application process.
Dealership Relationship Management
• Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships within the assigned territory.
• Regularly visit dealerships to promote Klivvr’s financing solutions.
• Ensure dealership partners understand Klivvr’s auto loan programs and requirements.
• Act as the main contact point for dealership inquiries related to financing.
Customer Onboarding & Sales Execution
• Guide customers through the auto loan application process.
• Collect and verify required customer documentation.
• Ensure accurate submission of loan applications to the operations and credit teams.
Operational Coordination
• Ensure all customer paperwork and documentation are complete and accurate.
• Coordinate with internal teams (credit, operations, and customer service) to ensure smooth processing of loan applications.
• Follow up on submitted applications and keep customers updated on their status.
Reporting & Field Activity
• Maintain active presence at dealerships within the assigned region.
• Track and report daily sales activities, leads, and applications.
• Provide regular updates to the Team Leader regarding performance and market opportunities.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to have::
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in auto finance, banking sales, or automotive dealership sales.
• Experience working with car dealerships or automotive sales is highly preferred.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills.
• Relationship management with dealerships.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of auto financing products.
• Target-driven and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
