Job Description

Your Role:
As Senior Sales Manager Institutional within the Sales EMEA Department, you are part of the Central Europe Sales team, responsible for the Netherlands, and report directly to the Head of Central Europe Sales.In this role, you will take ownership of strategic sales activities and client management across the Central Europe region, gaining broad exposure to commercial, advisory, and business‑development topics. From day one, you will be fully integrated into the Sales and Account Management team, collaborating closely with colleagues across departments and markets. You will engage directly with clients, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full commercial lifecycle, contributing to revenue growth and long‑term partnerships. With your proactive, solution‑oriented mindset, you will help shape regional sales initiatives and ensure high‑quality execution in a dynamic, growth‑driven environment.


Your Responsibilities:
Budget

• Reach budget figures for the covered regions

Sales

• Identification of business opportunities from new and existing clients
• Generate new leads and expand footprint
• Arranging meetings, presentations and follow-ups
• Initiating of contracts, bringing clients live
• Full responsibility for revenue generation and profitability in dedicated sales area
• Support the growth of Institutional Sales Strategy, which includes: • Gathering marketing intelligence / prospect profiling supporting the growth of our business regionally
• Preparation and participation in client presentations

Account Management

• Keeping contact to active clients on a regular basis in dedicated sales areas
• Identifying new business opportunities from existing clients and upselling other products and services.
• Initial trouble shooting of non-technical problems
• Fetching client feedback to report to development
• User training

General

• Input in 360T’s sales strategy and tactics

Documentation & Communication Excellence

• Produces formal documents (e.g., reports, specifications, proposals) to a professional standard, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
• Explains complex or technical concepts—such as IT specifications or financial models—in clear, concise, and accessible language, tailored to the audience.
• Develops presentations that adhere to current corporate branding and design standards, maintaining consistency with market and company expectations.
• Ensures that all documents and materials are properly retained, organized, and filed for future reference and audit purposes.
• Proactively shares knowledge and insights with colleagues—particularly junior team members—to support learning, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the team.


Your Profile:
• Skilled Account Manager with a strong contact portfolio in the Dutch institutional market
• Proven track record in selling treasury and/or trading solutions to the financial community
• Practical experience in Global Markets sales & trading, treasury environments, or the financial services industry
• Reliable professional with the ability to strengthen customer loyalty and performance through continuous advisory and needs identification
• Credible, persuasive, and well-presented, with excellent communication, presentation, and execution skills
• Service- and detail-oriented with a strong client focus
• Highly motivated individual with an entrepreneurial mindset and strong team spirit
• Higher education in banking, business administration, computer science, or equivalent
• Dutch fluency preferred; French proficiency considered a plus
