Role : SENIOR Salesforce developer (Need Visa Copy at the time of Submission)

Duration : 6-12 months +

Location : Washington DC

Job Description:

• Total 9+ years of experience 4-5 years with Salesforce.com or very similar experience with at least 2+ years of experience developing on / administering a large Salesforce.com instance

• Knowledgeable in standard functions/ modules of Salesforce.com: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community Cloud, Custom Cloud and Analytics Cloud

• Demonstrated experience with Force.com development platform

• Highly Preferred - Certified Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant and / or Certified Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant

• Experience leading larger complex solution projects

• Demonstrated experience in the design, configuration, testing and deployment of Salesforce.com Functionality

• Demonstrated experience of Salesforce.com administration and end user security requirements

• Experience with large scale system implementation, integration, interfaces and data conversion

• Experience in using efficient methodologies (e.g. Agile) and driving development platforms

• Proven experience in bridging the needs and pace across business and IT teams

• Must be flexible to work with global teams and stakeholders across time zones

• Excellent facilitation, influencing and negotiation skills
