Functieoverzicht:

Als Senior Sales Engineer werk je samen met klanten uit de publieke sector om hun behoeften te begrijpen en robuuste, schaalbare technische oplossingen voor te stellen op basis van InterSystems-technologie. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het aanpakken van complexe uitdagingen op het gebied van dataintegratie, analytics en compliance.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

- Fungeren als primair technisch adviseur voor klanten en prospects in België
- Ontwerpen en presenteren van op maat gemaakte oplossingen en productdemonstraties
- Leiding geven aan technische evaluaties en proof-of-concept-implementaties
- Samenwerken met verkoop-, marketing- en productontwikkelingsteams
- Begeleiden van partners en klanten bij architectuur, implementatie, beveiliging en operationele best practices
- Geven van technische workshops en trainingssessies
- Ondersteunen van aanbestedingsprocedures en technische documentatie voor overheidsopdrachten

Kwalificaties:

- Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring met dataplatforms, systeemintegratie of enterprise analytics
- Aantoonbare ervaring met IT-projecten in de publieke sector of met overheidsklanten
- Grondige kennis van API-ontwerp en integratie, waaronder REST- en SOAP-diensten
- Ervaring met relationele databaseontwerpen, inclusief schema-optimalisatie en query-prestaties
- Bekend met High Availability (HA) en failover-strategieën in productieomgevingen
- Goed inzicht in IT-omgevingen voor bedrijven, inclusief beveiliging, compliance en schaalbaarheid
- Vloeiend in het Vlaams, Frans en Engels
- Uitstekende schriftelijke en mondelinge communicatievaardigheden, in staat om zowel technische als niet-technische belanghebbenden te betrekken
