Role Overview
We're in search of a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) who's not just about sending cold emails but about sparking genuine interest. You'll think like a detective with a flair for creative outreach methods. Your mission is to understand our business deeply, identify potential clients who can benefit most from our solutions, and get the important stakeholders in a meeting with our team. You'll be managing all outbound ABM sales efforts, including managing other junior reps.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead Generation: Utilize a combination of manual and automated outreach to generate new logo leads.
• Crafting Outreach Content: Write compelling, personalized emails, LinkedIn messages, or other outreach forms that grab a potential client's attention and make them eager to learn more.
• Data Handling: Work with prospect data tools to build, maintain, and groom lists of potential leads.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with the latest SaaS and enterprise software trends to better identify and pitch to potential clients.
• Feedback Loop: Collaborate closely with the sales team to refine outreach strategies and share insights from client interactions.
• Training and Mentorship: Bring new ideas and strategies to the table and be willing to guide others in mastering them.
