岗位职责：

• 熟悉建材家居行业动态和市场变化趋势，精准把握客户资源分布情况。有较强的个人业务开拓能力。
• 能独立开发建材行业大客户，挖掘潜在业务机会，建立并及时更新客户数据库，能实现客户资源的有效管理。
• 能主动维护客户关系，提升客户满意度。
• 擅长团队管理和协助团队成员能实现业务目标的完成。
• 具有行业资源整合的能力。

任职要求：

• 大专及以上学历，具备 2 年以上销售工作经验，且在建筑家居行业特别是熟悉卫浴行业销售渠道和有会展行业销售相关工作经验者优先。
• 热爱销售工作，性格开朗，善于沟通，具有较强的自驱力和良好的团队协作精神。
• 具备良好的团队合作意识和责任感，工作严谨细致，吃苦耐劳，勇于接受挑战。
