Senior Sales Associate

While the world rushes through Schiphol, you are the steady point. Not only for the travelers who walk in, but also for the team around you. You know the business, you understand the atmosphere, and you know exactly what is needed.

What will you do?

As a Senior Sales Associate, you are more than just a strong salesperson. You are the person colleagues rely on, the person the store manager can build on, and the person customers are naturally go to.

You help travelers from all over the world find the product that suits them, while at the same time keeping an eye on the team. Is someone struggling? You step in. Could the presentation be improved? You take action.

Together with the store manager, you make sure the store is always at its best: shelves fully stocked, products presented in a way that stands out, and promotions that cannot be missed. You know what is going on, you keep quality standards high, and you make sure everyone understands what you are working towards together.

What we offer you

• €2,475 to €2,700 per month based on 38 hours, depending on knowledge and experience;
• Irregular working hours allowance for working on weekdays in the early morning (+50% before 7:00 AM), evening (+33.3% between 6:00 PM and 9:00 PM), or late evening (+50% after 9:00 PM), on Saturdays in the early morning (+50% before 7:00 AM), evening (+100% after 6:00 PM), and on Sundays and public holidays (+100%);
• The opportunity to earn commission based on achieved sales results;
• Travel allowance of €0.23 per kilometre, with a maximum of 75 km one way;
• 24 vacation days per calendar year based on a full-time contract;
• 8% holiday allowance;
• Pension scheme (the employer pays approximately two-thirds of the contribution);
• Discounts of up to 20% at various Schiphol stores, such as Rituals, AKO, and La Place;
• Training opportunities to help you grow, from language courses in German or English to sales skills training;

• If you are hired and know someone who would also fit the Capi team, you can receive a referral bonus of up to €2,500 gross.

Who are you

• You are flexibly available between 4:30 AM and 10:00 PM, both on weekdays and weekends;
• You bring proven retail experience and know what it takes to keep a store running well;
• You work closely with the store manager and take responsibility when needed;
• You guide colleagues, share your knowledge, and help others get the best out of themselves.
