Flowdesk is looking for a driven and client-focused Senior Sales professional to support and accelerate the expansion of our APAC business. You will play a key role in strengthening our presence in the region by focusing on client acquisition, relationship development, and revenue growth.

In this role, you will identify and qualify new business opportunities, promote Flowdesk’s core services (Market Making, OTC, and other trading solutions), and act as a trusted partner to institutional clients.

You will report to the Head of Sales APAC and collaborate closely with trading, legal, marketing, and account management teams, as well as external industry stakeholders.

Your role and responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales Execution
• Own the full pre-sales and sales lifecycle for your prospects, from research and outreach, to qualification, pitching, negotiation, and closing.
• Promote and sell Flowdesk’s core services, including Market Making, OTC, and additional trading solutions.
• Identify and engage channel partners to expand revenue opportunities.

• Client Management & Internal Coordination
• Ensure smooth communication internally and with clients from first contact until the launch of trading services.
• Collaborate closely with account managers, traders, legal, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality client onboarding and service.
• Participate in key crypto and Web3 events to grow your network and generate new leads.

• Reporting & Collaboration
• Track all pipeline activities and keep CRM (Salesforce) up to date.
• Contribute to APAC sales initiatives and support the global sales organization when needed, including Singapore, France, UK and US teams.


Requirements:
Background & Experience

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in the cryptocurrency industry.
• Strong background in institutional capital markets, with demonstrable sales achievements.
• Existing crypto network or prior experience growing a book of business in the ecosystem is required.

Skills & Personal Qualities

• Genuine interest in digital assets, market structure, and financial innovation.
• Strong experience in networking, pitching, and closing institutional partnerships or deals.
• Team player with the ability to work autonomously; curious, resourceful, and detail-oriented.
• Excellent communication skills, able to manage priorities and perform under pressure.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
