Compensation Range: This role will earn within the range of €60K to €125K inclusive of OTE annually, on a freelance contract.

About this Role
As part of our international expansion, Bellwether Coffee is excited to bring our innovative roasting solutions to customers across Europe. With operations based in the UK, we are focused on building on the success of our early customers and partners, empowering more businesses to embrace sustainable coffee roasting.
This Senior Sales Account Executive is primarily responsible for generating hardware sales to small and medium sized businesses across Europe. The Senior Sales Account Executive reports to the Managing Director for Europe, and contributes to Bellwether Coffee's success building relationships and growing revenue.
As part of a small team in the startup phase of our operations, this role offers significant opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. It is a varied and challenging position, requiring adaptability and creativity to meet the diverse needs of our customers while contributing to our expansion across Europe.

This role is located in market in Madrid, Spain or Lisbon, Portugal
Available for frequent national and international travel
Primary Responsibilities
Build and maintain quality pipeline, building relationships with potential customers
Develop expertise in Bellwether’s value proposition and collaborate with team to iterate the pitch and communicate purposefully with prospective customers
Conduct sales presentations, negotiate contracts, close sales
Collaborate cross functionally with Marketing, Finance, Success & Support departments to ensure excellent customer service from sale to delivery
Attend company and industry events to help generate interest and sales
Provide feedback to Marketing and work closely to develop sales materials
Effectively use CRM software to track sales activities; maintain dashboard and provide progress reports
Research and understand market and specific challenges in industry or sector
Implement and test strategies to meet business objectives
Other duties and project as assigned
Qualifications
5+ years of experience in sales related role
Undergraduate degree or equivalent small-medium sized business sales experience preferred
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Proven customer service skills
Ability to work independently and in a small team environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with CRM tools
Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close deals
Self motivated and results driven
Experience in hardware or coffee sales a plus
Available for frequent national and international travel
