You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering high-quality solutions while mentoring and coaching the development team to achieve technical excellence. WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Implementation of scalable and high-performance solutions using Ruby on Rails, optimizing application performance for various scenarios.

• Develop architectural solutions to facilitate seamless integration of client/third-party services and APIs within our applications.

• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the application architecture, ensuring all team members have a clear understanding of design decisions and implementation details.

• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in Ruby on Rails development, incorporating them into our architecture as appropriate to drive continuous improvement.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Minimum of 10 years of overall software development experience, with at least 6 years of hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails.

• Strong expertise in Ruby on Rails development, with a focus on writing clean, maintainable code.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, particularly in the frontend development using modern frameworks/libraries such as Reactjs or Vuejs.

• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written.

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and practices.

• Great to have: Experience in coaching and mentoring development teams, guiding them to success.
