Estamos buscando un profesional senior para el área de Risk Management, responsable de garantizar que los resultados de las evaluaciones de riesgo se comuniquen de manera efectiva y se gestionen adecuadamente en entornos globales.

Este rol implica liderazgo, coordinación con equipos multidisciplinarios y toma de decisiones estratégicas para mitigar riesgos en aplicaciones y procesos críticos.

Responsabilidades Principales

• Revisar y validar tickets de riesgo, documentación y tareas asociadas.
• Gestionar y liderar reuniones ERV (Evaluación de Riesgos) con clientes y equipos internos.
• Mantener un dashboard actualizado sobre el estado de los tickets y métricas clave.
• Crear planes de mitigación y dar seguimiento a la resolución de issues.
• Coordinar interacciones con equipos globales (AppSec, NIS, Business Continuity, Third Party Risk, etc.).
• Identificar riesgos, proponer soluciones y escalar oportunamente a la alta dirección.
• Participar en sesiones de ideación y colaborar en la mejora continua de procesos.

Requisitos

• Experiencia: 5 a 10 años en gestión de riesgos, ciberseguridad o roles similares.
• Habilidades sólidas de comunicación y organización.
• Capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos y equipos simultáneamente.
• Conocimiento de políticas de seguridad de la información y estándares de preparación de aplicaciones.
• Inglés avanzado (oral y escrito).
