Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Revit Architect to lead design, modeling, and documentation for industrial and commercial building projects. The ideal candidate is highly proficient in Revit and Enscape, has strong knowledge of Australian building codes, and brings solid architectural and technical expertise to deliver high-quality project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead architectural design and documentation using Revit, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to project standards.

Develop high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using Enscape for presentations and client reviews.

Ensure all architectural outputs comply with Australian building codes, standards, and industry regulations.

Coordinate effectively with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to maintain fully integrated project models.

Review drawings, details, and specifications to ensure technical quality and design intent.

Manage BIM workflows, maintain model integrity, and enforce documentation standards throughout the project.

Mentor and guide junior team members on Revit best practices, detailing standards, and documentation processes.

Participate in design coordination meetings and contribute solutions to architectural and technical challenges.

Assist with construction-phase support, including design clarifications and site-related documentation when required.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field; Licensed Architect preferred.

7+ years of architectural experience, with proven leadership responsibilities in design, coordination, or team guidance.

Advanced proficiency in Revit with proven experience in architectural modeling, detailing, and documentation.

Hands-on experience with Enscape for rendering and visualization.

Strong knowledge of Australian building codes and standards.

Demonstrated project experience in industrial and commercial buildings (warehouses, industrial facilities, commercial developments).

Solid understanding of construction methods, materials, and architectural detailing.

Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work in the office full-time at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City. (Monday - Friday, morning shift)
