Then our job as Senior Researcher in GetWhy might be for you. This is a foundational, research-driven role, grounded in qualitative excellence. You’ll act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, shaping insight agendas, piloting new approaches, and helping clients embed AI-powered qualitative research into how they make decisions year-round.

What does the work consist of?

We are looking for a Senior/Lead Researcher who has an expert grasp of qualitative research design, analysis, reporting, and executive level presentation and storytelling. This individual will advise and deliver to Insights and Marketing teams in some of the biggest consumer brands in the world.

Your responsibilities will be:

Do Qual Insights advisory at Executive level for international consumer brands

Translate complex client briefs into insightful qualitative approaches that go beyond what is asked to uncover what truly matters.

Craft narratives using qualitative data and tell stories and reveal consumer tensions

Create high-impact insight reports and executive-ready presentations that inspire action.

Present insight studies to clients and facilitate dialogues and workshops around insights adoption

Collaborate internally with Customer Success, Strategists and Product.

What qualifications do you need?

We are looking for a person who is motivated to be part of a growth journey with an ambitious and enthusiastic team.

We expect you to

Be highly skilled at crafting narratives out of data and telling compelling stories to executive level at world's largest companies

Can synthesize data and distill the most important information for different audiences

Highly skilled using AI tools for reporting - looking to revolutionize the insights role and disrupt traditional research

Strong qualitative research expertise with a proven ability to uncover human truths and strategic implications.

Have a master’s degree or PhD in a relevant field within qualitative research

Have experience engaging with and presenting to enterprise clients

Strong commercial knowledge of the consumer insights and marketing world

Have motivation for working in a scaling and fast-paced environment

Be professionally proficient in English

Live in, or in proximity of, Copenhagen
